I am going to provide a copy of the emails I sent to WordPress Support and have yet to recieve a reply or have the problem fixed. Today, day 3, like last time this malfunction occurred with no explicable reason, then Site resumed proper function with no explicable reason, or least WordPress has never attempted to offer explanation. Being forced to transfer all of my WordPress blogs over to my Web Site will be very time consuming and laborious. But the indifference and lack of reliability of WordPress leaves me no choice. This has reaffirmed lessons I had forgot, there’s nothing free and usually free is sub par or less than, in my case It definitely was not free! Maybe you do not understand, I am unable to use my wordpress blog, for it is not connecting to my facebook. Your disregard for this issue is appalling and reprehensible. Hello, to whom it may concern: I attempted to re-establish connection of my WordPress blog to my facebook site once again today and WordPress is verifying success in connecting to Facebook as before, but when I publish a new post it tells me I must establish a connection to my facebook site. So I again attempted to connect per your instructions as previously described to no avail. Please inform me if you plan to fix problem or not, because I have received no correspondence from WordPress concerning my situation, for which I anxiously await.

Hello Sheri,

Here we go again and it’s not my browser settings or the browser nor has it ever been. Things will be posting fine and then suddenly for no explicable reason WordPress stops transferring my post to Facebook. However, this time when I removed connection from facebook and reconnected to facebook through WordPress as WordPress insructed an unbelievable “TEN” different times, I had no success or was unable to re-establish connection. I even tried all this with two different Browsers and cleared the cache as well as the cookies. I am extremely frustrated and I really need WordPress to permanently fix this problem, Please? Ronnie G.

Hmm. I hope it stays connected too! However, if you do see the problem happen again, please let us know the exact steps that lead up to the problem (I.e. if they are the exact same ones you described in your last message), and we can look into it and try to test to see if we can reproduce the problem. The description from your last message did sound like a local browser settings issue to me. Sometimes it’s hard to tell without testing first.
